We are happy to accept returns but they must meet our returns policy to ensure a full refund minus the original shipping costs.  Please contact us by phone on 01323 870595 or email to arrange a return.


  • Your returned item must arrive no later than 14 days after you receive the order. After this time we cannot guarantee that the refund will be accepted

  • We strongly recommend that you book your return pick-up within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure that it arrives at The Dressing Room within 14 days. Please email if you have any queries relating to this

  • Once your return has been received and it complies with our Returns Policy, we will refund you by your original payment method (less the original shipping cost)

  • We strongly advise all customers to check their purchases thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

  • All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags and in the original packaging to ensure the necessary protection in transit.

  • If the sales or security tags are removed from a returned item, then it will not comply with our returns policy and will not be refunded.

  • If the item is damaged we will contact you and, if it's repairable, will inform you of the cost of any repairs.  If you agree to us repairing it this cost will be deducted from any refund.  If the item is damaged beyond repair we reserve the right to charge the original price of the item.
